This week will be a tough yet fun one. Jeremy will be out of town at training for work. But it will be fun at the same time because my sister, Whitney will be staying with me! Her husband, Adam, works with Jeremy and will be out of town with him also. Hmmm, is this trip really work related? I'm just saying...
Last week's Vanilla Scented Granola snack was a huge hit! It was so good in yogurt and the girls loved it. My next project is making homemade yogurt. We'll see how it goes!
Monday: Bacon and Baked Potato Soup, then off to St. Louis for a night away.
Tuesday: I have two post-op check ups for Zoa in St. Louis, which means a late start on dinner. It's going to be an easy. Pizza, I'm sure. What do you say Whitney?
Wednesday: Whitney's request...Vegetable Fried Rice
Thursday: Hamburger 'Steaks' and gravy, Mashed Potatoes and Mixed Veggies (Grill pre-made hamburgers seasoned with steak seasoning. Top with gravy.)
Friday: Jeremy is back home, which is good because I am sure I will have lost my mind by now! Out to eat...welcome home Daddy and Uncle Adam!
Saturday: Homeade Pizza
Sunday: Forty Clove Garlic Chicken, Rice and Green Beans
Snacks: Applesauce in the Crock-Pot and Banana Nut Bread

Yummy! What a delicious menu! The soup and fried rice sound wonderful!
Oh, your photography is simply stunning, and your recipes look really yummy!
I've wanted to try a recipe for chicken with 40 cloves of garlic for a while now but have felt a little timied about it (even though we're garlic fans). Is it pretty strong?
We have a meal similar to your steaks and gravy, it's just ground beef and brown gravy. For some reason it's the ultimate in comfort food for my husband and I, the kids could not care less.
Your menu this week sounds really good. And since /i am a lover of granola, I am going to have to try that Vanilla Scented Granola recipe.
I love Bacon and Potato Soup. Very appropriate for fall and winter.
