I have a couple of questions for you:
1. Allergy season is upon us and poor Zoa is feeling it. Runny nose, sneezing, coughing...the little girl has it all. Jeremy was up with her most of the night. I like to try home remedies before giving her any actual medicine. Any suggestions on natural forms of allergy relief?
2. I am night owl. I have told you this before. This is great on the weekends but when you want to get up at 5:00 to work out, you need to go to bed earlier than 11:00. I was desperate to get some sleep so I took some NyQuil. I did not even take the full dose amount, but a little over half of what they tell me to take. I am still groggy this morning. I usually pop out of bed when my alarm goes off, but I pressed snooze a couple of times this morning. My question to you is this....what do you do to make yourself go to sleep? Read, drink a glass of wine...? Help me!
That's it for today...or right now anyway. Thanks for the help!

I read...I am the same way! I could stay up til 12 or later but then I push snooze all morning long. Drinking a beer or glass of wine makes you tired as well, but reading with a small book light always puts me to sleep
I don't know if you've tried it or not, I haven't, but they make little allergens stuff that you rub on the outside of the nose. May be worth a shot.
We recently had a Tv program called "how to grow your own drugs" over here in the Uk and the scientist said to make a pillow from hops (used in beer making) and lavender. Apparently it was discovered that hop pickers were falling alseep in the fields during the picking season.
With regards to your sister's allergies, take a look at a liquid ioniser and she'll wake without a runny nose too!
