I consider myself lucky...my girls like their veggies. But if I want to add extra (and who doesn't?), I throw spinach in the meal. I grab one or two big handfuls, chop it real fine, add it to the dish or sauce, allow it to cook a little and serve.
You cannot taste it!
Some meals I normally add spinach to:
Spaghetti
Meatloaf
Stuff you put over toast
Omelets
Rice lasagna
Tacos
Hamburgers
Salisbury steak
Homemade pizza
Soups and chili
You can pretty much add it to anything that has a sauce or something that needs ground beef or turkey.

This is a great tip! My hubby called me crazy because I do this. About the space heater: my hubby's grandma swears it saves them a ton of money. She is the queen of frugal, so I am hoping she is right. :)
What a great idea! We like spinach, but adding it in to other dishes is a great way to get in those extra nutrients. Thanks.
great tips! Something I do during zucchini season is shred it and put it into 2 cup measurements in baggies in the freezer. I put the shredded zucchini in spagetti sauce. Under cheese on homeade pizza. In chili, of course zucchini muffins, bread, etc. ALso in pancakes and waffles.
Spinach is a super food! Love hiding it in stuff...

My sister put it in brownies, my mom puts it in smoothies, but one of my favorite things is when they make this spinach dip where it is ground up and there is alot of spinach in it!!!
I love those pasta shells that you make with this. YUM!
