I was excited when I recently received Sinupret for Kids. This to me is an all natural alternative to Dimetapp or Robitussin. It has been approved by Dr. Sears (scroll down for his recommendation) and comes at perfect timing now that all over the counter cough medicine is not recommended for kids under four years old.

Sinupret claims to work on the average cold and cough. After I read more information, it would not work on ear or sinus infections, bronchitis or pneumonia.
